Do I need a credit card to start?

No. Create an account, install an app, and your 192 monthly hours are already there. A card is only needed if you choose to upgrade.

How are the free hours counted?

Only active use counts — time you're actually working, or an app-owned job is running. Idle windows and minimised apps don't consume your balance. The hours are shared across all three desktop apps, so using two at once doesn't cost double.

Which Windows versions are supported?

The apps run on Windows 10 and 11, 64-bit. Each app page lists the exact installer and version.

Is DMask Mobile included in the Free Plan?

No. The Free Plan covers the DMask, ClientScout and Fiverr Optimizer desktop apps. DMask Mobile needs a monthly or yearly plan.
